This podcast is filled with a mix of tingly sounds as we move about the room – tapping, crinkles, shuffling sounds and more. There is a little bit of talking at the start but the rest is just pure sounds. This was recorded using the 3Dio Free Space Pro binaural microphone.

If you like our podcasts, please leave a review on iTunes…it really does help and we very much appreciate it.

I’m very fond of your work especially the pod casts that include soft spoken rambles and tingly noises combined. I’m from the UK so it’s fascinating to hear about where you live.

Thank you so much for creating these pod cast.

What is ASMR?

ASMR is one of those things that is often difficult to explain because it is more of a feeling than anything else. ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and at its most simplest can be defined as a tingly sensation that is most often felt at the back of the head although it can also be felt down the back, arms and even the legs. That tingly feeling comes about due to certain audio or visual triggers like a tapping sound or the soft patter of the rain, the sound of someone whispering or watching someone performing a mundane repetitive task. It's a very soothing feeling and very relaxing.
